A friend of mine was harkening back to the early days of his Christian pilgrimage. He was recalling reading the Bible for one of the first times in his life and how he felt after reading an exchange between God and Moses. He said the following and it still makes me grin, thinking about his intelligent mind being illuminated and beginning to comprehend the holiness of God in relation to his own being:
"I was reading "God answered 'Tell them I AM sent you.'...(pause)...I AM??? ....I AM???...Well if 'You Are', than what the heck am I!?"
